An explanation is not a window into a model’s hidden thoughts.

This atlas separates the problem, the reported result, the published method, the verification evidence and our interpretation. We only describe reasoning that is available in the cited public material. A reconstructed proof sketch is not a transcript of a model’s internal reasoning.

Formal checking verifies a precise formal statement relative to definitions, axioms and the checker. Expert review asks whether the statement and interpretation capture the intended mathematics. A benchmark result is not a newly solved conjecture.

Hourly discovery reads allowlisted official sources and arXiv metadata. Deterministic screening classifies relevance and records source versions. It does not certify novelty, peer review or correctness. Automatic notes are visible to readers but excluded from search indexing until substantively enriched.

New claims and corrections must retain attribution, source dates and uncertainty. Previously published versions are kept in the private audit record. Failed sources are shown as failed, never replaced by fabricated news.
